Franciscan Family Day and Season of Creation Launch

For this occasion, the Mass will start at 10.00 am, our Guest and main celebrant of the day is our newly ordained Franciscan Bishop the Rt. Rev Bishop George Muthaka Ofm Cap, who served the Franciscan family as its chair for 6 years. This will be the day we celebrate him as our own since his consecration as the Bishop of Garrisa, Kenya.

At the end of Mass Bishop will bless seedlings, animals, and people and he will cut the ribbon to launch the Season of Creation which will be aired globally. This occasion will be honored by our brothers and sisters from Ecumenical and Interfaith. After Mass there will be speeches and welcoming guests, then lunch.
