Catholics around the world will come together in May to prepare for the Season of Creation, the ecumenical celebration of prayer and action for our common home that is held 1 September through 4 October each year.
The Vatican’s Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development invites Catholics everywhere to attend online training and webinars during Laudato Si’ Week, 16-24 May. This week-long journey will help communities prepare for action during the Season of Creation.
Pope Francis spoke in a video message to encourage Catholics to participate in Laudato Si’ Week. Catholics will deepen their connection to justice for all creation during Laudato Si’ Week by reflecting on the encyclical’s themes, including how “everything is connected.”
